General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the information, content and technologies provided by Allgemeine Grundvermögen GmbH (AGV) as part of its proprietary trading activities. AGV does not offer financial services to third parties. Any use of trading strategies by third parties takes place exclusively via external broker platforms, which are solely responsible for this.

Subject Matter of the Contract

AGV develops and uses fully automated trading strategies in proprietary trading. AGV does not provide copy trading services directly. Clients who wish to use copy trading only conclude contracts with a broker of their choice.

Registration and Use

In order to participate in copy trading, registration with a broker chosen by the client is required. AGV does not collect registration data and does not provide trading accounts for clients.

Client Obligations

The responsibility for knowledge about the functioning, risks and suitability of copy trading lies exclusively with the client and his contractual partner (broker).

Fees

Fees for copy trading services are incurred exclusively in the contractual relationship between the client and the broker. AGV does not charge any fees to clients.

Risks and Disclaimer

Trading in financial instruments is associated with considerable risks and can lead to total loss. AGV is not liable for losses arising from the use of copy trading via brokers. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Privacy

AGV does not process any personal data of clients in the context of copy trading. The respective broker is solely responsible for the processing of personal data.

Limitation of Liability

AGV’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of AGV. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
